Play with a friend

Create a friend room and share its link or eight-character code privately. Tabs in one browser share the same guest and seat. Use separate devices, browsers or a private window for two players. Anyone with the invite can take an empty seat.

Quick match · Public games

Quick match first looks for an available public seat, then pairs waiting players in a new room. You may select waiting players only. Private invitations are excluded. If nobody is available, the wait is shown honestly and can be cancelled. Bots are never presented as human players.

Reconnect

Moves pause after a disconnection. Reconnect within 60 seconds to receive the latest server state. One absent player loses after the grace period; if both stay offline, the game ends without a result. Server restarts also end rooms without assigning wins or losses.

Game result

Online play currently uses guests. There are no member accounts, permanent online results, ratings or leaderboards. Results appear in the current room. Local AI records do not count toward online rankings.

Move clock

Online games allow 90 seconds per turn. Running out of time loses the game. Each valid move starts a new 90-second turn. The clock pauses during reconnection and resumes with the remaining time if both players return within 60 seconds. Reloading does not reset the clock. AI games have no time limit.
